Andrew’s 30 plus year career started as a radio announcer in rural Australia 4 years after arriving in the country from the UK. By the mid 80’s he was not only a popular DJ but was also host of a national alternative music TV series called Rock Arena. During this period he fronted various TV shows including the Live Aid broadcast, a documentary shot in the UK and Italy on INXS, host and interviewer for the MTV New York special Australian Made and guest spots in other music based TV shows. By the end of the 90’s he left radio and TV as a presenter for a fulltime voice over career. Since then he has worked on many campaigns including TIVO, CSG, The Graduate and TV series Dancing with the Stars, and has been the voice of L’Oreal in Australia and New Zealand for the past 8 years. Current clients include Etihad Airways and Discovery Channel. Based in Melbourne Australia Andrew is regarded as a premium voice artist.
Jim Kennelly- General Manager
For 30 years, Jim Kennelly has been the director, producer and owner of Lotas Productions. He specializes in finding the right voice for commercial voice-overs, creative radio spots, documentary and corporate narrations and global communications. Jim didn’t always enjoy the safety of the studio. After graduating Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Communications, he traveled microphone in hand on a documentary crew to the world’s hot spots. Jim traversed the world three times to cover political, social and humanitarian aid subjects. From Southeast Asia, to the Middle East and Central America, he was an eyewitness to society’s challenges. In 1985, Jim returned to New York to cast, record, direct and produce at Lotas Productions. He is known for his thorough and inventive casting based on his clients’ needs. Jim enjoys a national reputation in the voice industry for his honest insight and positive attitude. Jim is an experienced professional with global credentials and has established himself as an important part of RTC.
Glenn Millen- Co-Founder, Director
Glenn has worked in the music and media industries for over 20 years and is a full writer member of APRA and AMCOS. As a recording artist signed to BMG records and Australian Record Equities with the band Defryme, Glenn worked in many of Australia’s premiere recording studios. Defryme toured Australia as a headline act as well as supporting the bands Radiohead, Canada’s iconic Tragically Hip and many of Australia’s biggest rock bands. In mid 1990, Glenn co-founded the Production House Sci-Sonic. Sci-Sonic produced and recorded many original artists as well as composing for Television and Film projects. Clients include Ford Australia, Sydney 2000 Olympic Committee, L’Oreal Special Events, Nescafe, Network 10 Television, Bolle Australia and Calvin Klein. During this period, Glenn also worked as a sessional tutor at Melbourne’s Swinburne University in the field of Sound Design concepts for Theatre and Television. Glenn established Maas Media in 1999 and expanded his skill base to include website development and SEO programming. Maas Media continues to expand and offers a valued client base all aspects of media production. Glenn is based in Melbourne Australia.
